This beachfront property has stunning views, a private beachfront garden with patio and summerhouse. It sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms, 2 with Kingsize beds and one with 2 single beds. The property is on the 1st and 2nd Floors. There is free off street private parking for 2 cars. The house has free Full fibre broadband WiFi, so no problems with poor WIFI and there are two large smart TV's with Netflix and Prime. There are two bathrooms one on each floor and the 1st floor bathroom has a bath and shower. A utility room has washing and drying facilities. Well behaved pets are welcome.

As well as fronting the village the beach continues in a long sandy sweep eastwards for 3 miles towards Elie and westwards for 2 miles to Leven. Great for unwinding, exploring rock pools when the tide is out or walking the dog/s.
